By downloading, installing, or using the tag! application ("App") provided by tag! ("tag!", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
tag! is a mobile application designed to help parents, guardians, pet owners, and trusted caregivers coordinate childcare and pet-sitting scheduling, communicate, and manage family logistics. The App provides features including request scheduling, messaging, event logging, and circle (trusted contact) management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@tagapp.org if you suspect unauthorized use.
tag! is designed for use by adults coordinating care for minors and pets. If you add children's profiles to the App, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of those children, or that you have express authorization from the parent or guardian to do so.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of children's information you enter, the caregivers you invite to your circle, and any care arrangements made through the App. tag! is a coordination tool only; we are not a childcare or pet-care agency and do not screen, verify, background-check, or endorse any user.
If you arrange pet-sitting through the App, you are solely responsible for providing accurate information about your pet (including medical needs, temperament, and care instructions) and for any arrangements you make. You acknowledge that tag! does not verify the suitability of any caregiver to care for a child or animal.
You agree not to use the App to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (photos, messages, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant tag! a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the App's features to you and users in your circle.
You are solely responsible for content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
tag! offers a free tier and a paid "Tag! Pro" subscription. Subscription fees, billing terms, and features are described within the App. All payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
tag! is a coordination tool. We are not responsible for the actions of any user, including caregivers, parents, or pet sitters. You use the App and arrange all childcare and pet care at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or harm to any child, pet, person, or property arising from arrangements made through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tag! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tag! and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
